SPRINT TO SUCCESS

The Ready Room

You bring the moment. We bring the narrative, the alignment, and the assets. Your whole company tells one story, and your skeptical buyers land on a solid yes.

30–90+ days. ~$20–60k, scoped to your moment

Some moments are too important to improvise

A merger or acquisition, a pivot from PLG to enterprise, a big idea the market needs to believe... The Ready Room exists for the window before your big moments, when the story is still yours to shape.

How a Ready Room runs

Every Ready Room moves through four phases. Your deadline sets the pace, your moment sets the priorities, but we never skip a step.

Step One

Diagnose

We interview your team, review your existing materials, and research your buyers and market, risks, and opportunities. This process identifies the disconnects. When we see that product, marketing, and sales aren’t on the same page, we say so, because your buyers will notice even if nobody inside does.

Step Two

Architect

We craft the narrative and the plan to stick the landing: positioning, messaging architecture, and the asset roadmap for your moment. Nothing gets built until the story’s foundation holds up. We pressure-test it from technical, business, and executive perspectives until it survives without explanation.

Step Three

Translate

We turn the narrative into the assets your moment demands: web copy, pitch deck, data sheets, FAQs, thought leadership, emails, ads, social posts. Every asset traces back to the architecture, so your whole company tells one story. Drafts arrive close to final, because your team has better things to do than rewrite an agency's work.

Step Four

Activate

We enable the people who carry the story forward. Your sellers get materials they believe in. Your executives get talking points for every audience in language they can defend. Your partners get everything they need to amplify. When the moment arrives, everyone is ready to spread the message consistently and confidently.

We do the heavy lifting

The Ready Room is designed to run with minimal direction from you. We do the interviewing, the synthesis, the writing, and the project management. Your team shows up to the working sessions, reviews drafts that arrive close to final, and makes decisions. Every team and engagement is different, but we get most of what we need from your team in the first two weeks. After that, we stay aligned with weekly check-ins.

Structured sessions with your team

Every Ready Room includes structured working sessions with your team. The early ones uncover the angle, the audience, and all of the other information we need to develop strategy, messaging, and content. Later sessions ensure everyone understands the final narrative, available assets, and how they can help your moment be a smashing success.

Ask the hard questions early

Misalignment hides when everyone nods along. We run our meetings differently, asking questions to surface disagreement early (when it's still fixable). We will say what insiders sometimes won’t, and we'd rather have the hard conversation with you than let your buyers discover the disconnect themselves.

One rule governs the entire process: no one leaves unclear on the story or the next step.

Single audience, base asset kit + sales enablement

Multiple audiences, full asset kit + company-wide enablement

Price depends on scope

Every Ready Room is scoped to the moment. Your price depends on how many audiences the story has to win, how many assets the moment demands, and how compressed the timeline is.

No messy middle(man)

When you work with Contentric, you’re working directly with the senior marketers and writers who do the work, not account managers whose job it is to present a good front or protect project scope. We jump in fast and deep and work as part of your team until the project ends. If the project calls for additional creative support, we’ll bring in vetted freelancers and manage them without making extra work for you.

What’s your next big moment?

The Ready Room is for marketing and GTM leaders under pressure to nail a specific moment on the calendar. It is not for teams shopping for volume content, and it is not a substitute for product-market fit. If you have a concrete deadline coming up, let’s talk.
